Pooja

As per the scheme a full day’s poojas and rituals will be performed on the member’s name and star on the day selected by the member in connection with birthday. Marriage anniversary, house warming anniversary or any other important/auspicious day of life. For this an amount of Rs 1501/- is to be remitted by the member will be kept in a corpus of Life Membership Fund and the yearly return from the corpus will be utilized to perform poojas and rituals both at Lord Mahavishnu’s as well as Lord Dharmasastha’s shrines.

Pithru/Vaavu Bali and MahaThilaHomam

Arrangements are made for the conduct of Pithrubali/Vaavubali in our temple Aaraattu Kadavu from 05:15 AM onwards and thereafter to perform Thilahomam on that day.

Prathishttadhinam

The Prathishta day or the installation day feels on Rohini Star in the month of (April – May). The day is celebrated by · Laksharchana and special poojas.

Uthsavam

The word Utsavam is meant for ‘increased prosperity’. During utsavam days special poojas will be formed. This will make the atmosphere purified and deity’s divine power will be flowed to the village and villagers.
